As a big fan of blogs and competitions, I thought I would detail on this page some of the current competitions on other peoples blogs here. Maybe in the future I will have my own competitions, but in the meantime below are some current blog competitions for you to enter.
Most blog competitions are run through a facility called rafflecopter which allows people with blogs to run competitions fairly easily, It also means that the competition prize is picked by someone impartial and not the blog owner.
If you try to enter some of the competitions you will notice that a lot of them have only a few entries, this makes you more likely to win them than most of the mainstream competitions which people know about. The rafflecopter display will tell you what you need to get an entry into the competition. Usually it’s simply to answer a question or post a comment on that particular blog post.
A lot of the competitions you also can also enter on a daily basis to give yourself more chance of winning, usually this is done with by retweeting a particular message or sharing on facebook.
